The Noida Metro Fast Transport System serves the cities of Noida and Greater Noida in Delhi-NCR. This is the second metro system in Noida, the first for the Delhi Metro and Greater Noida. The system is currently 29.7 km long and has 21 stations.

Each train in the system currently has four bogies and operates 10–15 minutes with a headway. 

The line uses standard gauge (1435 mm) tracks and 25 kV current bearing overhead wires.

Noida Metro Route Map, metro station The current operational route of the Noida Metro is the Aqua Line. With its inauguration on 25 January 2019, it is the longest metro expansion in the country to date. The line is slightly less than 30 km and has 21 stations. Since this is not a very high point, the route between trains with a maximum speed of 80 km / h is 10–15 minutes, and they are comprised of four bogies. The Aqua Line has a northwest-southeast route, and a significant portion of the stretch runs along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Noida Metro Less Known Facts

Metro in Delhi Delhi-NCR is not operated by Delhi Delhi Metro Rail Corporation

Unlike Rapid Metro Gurgaon, Noida Metro does not accept Delhi Metro's tokens and smart cards.

Of the entire Delhi NCR, only the Metro system was fully operational at one time.

Naming bids from public and private companies were invited to all 21 stations to generate additional revenue.

The Delhi Metro system in Delhi-NCR alone cannot be directly connected to the Delhi Delhi Metro. Interchange stations are 300 meters apart and are connected by a walking path.
